              Add $5 for credit card phone entries. Pre-registration requires prepayment. After 2-10 all registrations and changes online only; Registration available if we have not closed due to being full. Registrations that do not indicate 4 or 3 day schedule will be put in the 3 day.

Covid-19 Precautions will be observed

Some of the steps we are taking to assure the best experience and maximum safety for players are

  • Sanitization equipment for boards and pieces will be available.
  • All participants and staff will wear masks.
  • One-way aisles will be designated where appropriate.
  • Limits on Spectators.
  • Pairings, Wall Charts, Standings will be online. Links are at top of this page. Plan for a way to view them.
  • Hand sanitizer and hand washing stations will be plentiful.

Both Amateur and Novice:  Tournament reserves the right to use FIDE rules on electronic devices and on starting White’s clock at start of a round. Clocks will be set to ‘halt at end’.

All: 7SS, G/90; 30 second increment. 4-day and 3-day Options. 4-day:  Rds. Friday 2/12 7:00pm, Sat  2:30 pm, 7:10pm, Sun: 9:30 am - 2:15 pm, Mon: 9:30 am - 2:15 pm. 3-day Saturday 2/13 at 9:30 am then merge with 4-day. Default late forfeiture time is one hour. TD may extend this time at TD’s discretion.
