Entry Fee: $40 if received by 5/24, $49 at site. $20 Junior/Senior/College/Handicap if rec'd by 5/22, $29 at site. (count as 1/2 toward based on)
TCA mem required. Other States Accepted.
Registration 5/27 at 9-11am.
Rounds 12-6:15, 9:30-4, 8:30-3:15.Up to two 1/2 point byes available if requestedbefore round 2, but byes for both rd 5 AND 6 is not permitted.
Highest finishing Texan in Championship section is the Texas State Champion. Highest finishing Texan in the Amateur section is the Texas State Amateur Champion.
Miscellaneous: June supplement will be used. No Smoking, No Computers. Wheelchair accessible. FIDE rated. (USCF rules will be used.) Book Vendor Will be Chess In Education.
Hotel Rooms: $60/60/60/60 reserve by 5/12 or rate may increase, call 214-630-7000 for reservations, mention Chess. Free parking, Free hotel shuttle to/from Love Field.
